HVAC/Refrigeration Service Technician

Looking for a responsible, dedicated and reliable HVAC/Refrigeration Service Technician with a minimum of 5 years’ experience. Local Central Valley work with NO Bay Area travel.

Job Duties:

  • Work on various HVAC units, commercial walk-in and reach-in refrigeration and freezer units, prep tables, ice machines, and cold storages.
  • Troubleshoot the cause of equipment failure and verify failures at component level to determine specific parts needed.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration systems to increase longevity.
  • Responsible for the daily preparation of parts and tools for day’s activities.
  • Produce accurate and timely administrative documents, such as time sheets and work orders including payment transactions.

Qualified candidate:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with commercial, industrial and residential equipment.
  • EPA certification required
  • VALID STATE DRIVER’S LICENSE WITH AN INSURABLE DRIVING RECORD.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs., comfortable climbing tall ladders for roof access and working at elevated levels.
  • Follow all safety protocols set in place within our company and client’s locations.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn and strong work ethics with dependable attendance. Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays with short or no notice.
  • Ability to stay on task with minimal to no supervision and able to accomplish task in a timely manner.

Compensation:

$50,000 - $75,000 Yearly DOE

HVAC Maintenance Technician

HVAC Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team. Local Central Valley work with NO Bay Area travel.

In this role, you will provide maintenance and repairs on a variety of residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards.

HVAC Maintenance Technician Job Duties:

  • Preventive Maintenance: Performing scheduled maintenance tasks such as cleaning coils, changing filters, and inspecting fluid levels to ensure efficient system operations.
  • System Inspection and Testing: Conducting routine inspections and system tests to proactively identify potential issues and ensure all components are functioning correctly.
  • Minor Repairs and Adjustments: Making minor repairs and adjustments to HVAC systems to improve efficiency and prevent larger, more costly issues down the line.
  • Record-Keeping and Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of inspections, maintenance routines, and any repairs or adjustments made.
  • Customer Education: Providing clients with guidance on maintaining their systems and understanding the importance of regular maintenance.

Qualified candidate:

Compensation:

Pay $20.00 - $25.00 per hour DOE
